WHO ARE WE
Western Tooling Services has been in operation since 1992, continually advancing in metrology science. As the largest used metrology dealer in the United Kingdom, we frequently operate across Europe and Asia. In addition to our extensive knowledge, we have also become proficient in repairing equipment that is no longer supported by manufacturers, providing the engineering with a wider selection of inspection tools. To this day, we embrace challenging projects that demand not only our historical expertise but also innovative solutions to overcome new obstacles.

We do not engage in buying or selling from Far Eastern countries. Height Gauges, Roughness Testers, Roundness Testers, Projectors, and specific Calibration Equipment with a minimum warranty of 3 months, which can be extended to 6 or 12 months upon customer request (Terms and Conditions apply). All our equipment includes a money-back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied (Terms and Conditions apply). Height Gauges, Roughness Testers, and other sensitive equipment are delivered using our own transport. If you prefer these items to be shipped or sent via a courier, Western Tooling cannot be held for any damage incurred during. All equipment listed on our website is stocked at our Bristol location and is available for next-day service; do not list any items from third parties. All service and repairs are conducted in our workshops.
WHAT WE DO
Western Tooling Services now provides a one-day turnaround for servicing and repairing your Talysurf/Roughness Tester. Just bring your Talysurf to our Bristol location, and I will provide a quote for parts and labor. If I can't fix it within three, I'll offer you a trade-in price for one of the 200+ Talysurfs and Roughness Testers in our inventory that matches in condition and age. The Talysurf you choose will come with a three-month warranty and a new calibration certificate (Terms and Conditions apply).
